Process definition for cooking

Objective :

To get salt and spice right.

Reason :

y'days veg rice had neither salt nor spice. And to try to mix salt at the end only makes the rice more pulpy and hence a bit more disgusting.

MOP :

use the same spoon to add salt always. And do measure and remember the number of spoons added. So if you start with even a bad estimate, according to binary search algorithms, you will hit the right amount in a few iterations.
